Anyfone

Anyfone is our little shop over in Marathahalli, specifically in Nilamber Township 3. It’s a busy place because phones are always breaking or needing something. We have a small glass counter where people come and lean while they tell us about their cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge. Behind the counter, it’s a bit of a mess with tiny screwdrivers, bits of adhesive, and drawers full of spare parts. Marathahalli is a loud place, and the noise from the street stays with us all day. We spend a lot of time looking through microscopes or trying to get a tiny connector to fit just right. It can be frustrating when a part doesn't work, but we just try another one. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have learned how to handle these gadgets over the years. We get a lot of people from Nilamber Township popping in with quick questions or needing a new cover. The shop feels small when there are more than three customers inside, so things can get a bit cramped. We don't have fancy displays; we just have what people need on the shelves. At the end of the shift, we wipe down the glass, put the tools away in their boxes, and head out into the Marathahalli traffic. It’s a simple way to spend the day, just fixing things that people rely on.
