It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s got those old windows and heavy wooden doors. We do business development, which basically means we help other small shops and ventures grow a bit. We don't have a big pitch or a fancy presentation to show. We just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk about what's working and what isn't. The 8th Cross is always buzzing with people shopping for flowers and groceries. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite loud, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and maps of the local area. We don't use much fancy software, just simple lists and a lot of phone calls. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We aren't trying to be some high-flying consultancy. We just like seeing local businesses do well. If you’re walking through Malleswaram, you can’t miss the street. Our front door is always a bit stiff to open, so you have to give it a good push. We're just around the corner.
