We’re over in Marutrao Gaikwad Nagar, at Astral Court Phase 2, number 12. It’s on Betappa Road. If you’re looking for telecom help, this is where we work from. It’s not a huge shop, just a workspace where we handle repairs and service issues. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The tech changes fast, but the basic problems are usually the same. Cables break, signals drop, or things just stop working for no reason. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting. It can be frustrating, but we don't mind. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We like it that way. Most of our tools are scattered around the workbenches. It might look like a mess to someone else, but it’s an organized mess to us. We don't have a receptionist. If you walk in, you'll probably see someone hunched over a circuit board or talking on the phone. We don't use much jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes parts are hard to find, especially for the older stuff. We do our best to track them down. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the technical side of things. We aren't a big chain, just a local service that knows the locals. That’s enough for us. We just keep the lights on and keep fixing things as they come in.
