Our place is right in Basavanagudi at number 1. If you know where the Basavanagudi Swimming Pool is, we are directly opposite to it. It is a helpful landmark because almost everyone in this part of the city knows where the pool is. We have different rooms for people who need a place to stay while they are working or studying in the city. This isn't a luxury hotel or anything like that, just a simple paying guest setup. We see a lot of different people coming and going every month. Early mornings are quite nice here because you can hear the water splashes from the pool across the street. We spend a lot of our time making sure the common areas are okay and checking if the water tanks are filled up. Sometimes things break and we have to call a plumber or an electrician to get them fixed quickly. The neighborhood is quite old and has a lot of big trees, which makes the air feel a bit cooler even in summer. We try to keep the food decent for the folks staying with us. It is mostly about providing a bed and a safe roof. Most of our residents are young professionals starting their first jobs. We don't have any fancy rules, just basic stuff so everyone gets along. It is a quiet house for the most part. Finding the address is very easy since it is on the main stretch. (247 words)
