We are located on the second floor of Balaji Complex, which is at 125 Sultanpet. Our unit is F-46. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if you aren't used to it, especially when we are carrying boxes. Sultanpet is a very busy area for trading, so there is always something going on downstairs in the complex. Our office isn't very large. We have a few desks for the paperwork and plenty of storage for the healthcare products we handle. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoon, so we usually have the windows open to let some air in from the street. You can hear the bustle of the market below all day long. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with suppliers and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a functional space where we can stay organized. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we just use the stairs like everyone else. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no need for fancy reception areas or anything like that. We know our customers and they know how to find us in F-46. It is a lot of routine work—checking expiry dates, counting stock, and writing out invoices by hand. It keeps us busy from morning till night. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people.
