You can find us at No.14 in St Marks Plaza. We’re right across from the State Bank of India on St Marks Road. It's a central spot in Bangalore, and we've been here long enough that people know the way. We keep it simple with the food—just vegetarian stuff that we’ve been making for years. The plaza can get a bit crowded on weekends, but we manage. Most of our regulars work in the nearby offices and come in for a break. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the plates are ready. The area 560001 is always buzzing with something or the other. We try to keep the noise down inside, but it’s the city. We don’t do much advertising; people usually just see the sign and walk in. It’s a practical setup. We have chairs that have seen better days but they work fine. We don’t go in for fancy decorations. The food is what matters, and we try to get it right every single time. Sometimes the kitchen is a bit slow when we’re packed, but that’s normal. We’re just a local spot doing our job. We open early to get everything prepped and stay open until the dinner crowd finishes up. It's a lot of work but it’s what we do. Seeing the same faces every day makes the shift go by faster. We are just here to put food on the table.
