You can find Amruth Telecom at Chickpet 57. If you know Chickpet, you know how crowded and hectic it can get. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a narrow space packed with all sorts of gadgets and phone parts from floor to ceiling. We spend most of our day navigating the boxes that arrive from suppliers and helping people find exactly what they need. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always a bit of dust because of all the foot traffic outside. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just open the shutters in the morning and start working. The shelves are a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know the inventory well enough to find a specific cable or a particular battery in a minute or two. We drink a lot of tea to stay energized throughout the day. The building is old, and the stairs are a little steep, but it’s got character. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this street, yet we are still here at number 57. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and standing for long hours, but that is how it goes in a place like this. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure the orders are packed right for the delivery boys who stop by later.
