AMF Telecom

AMF Telecom is right in the middle of the chaos at Avenue Road near City Market. Our shop is G 446. If you have ever been to Avenue Road, you know it is one of the most crowded places you can find. There are people everywhere and it is hard to even walk some days without bumping into someone. We have been here for a long time and we see all kinds of people coming through the doors. The shop isn't very big, so things are stacked up pretty high. We spend most of our time answering questions and helping folks who stop by while they are doing their other shopping in the market. It gets very hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps a bit. We don't have any fancy signs or anything. Most people just find us by looking for the number or asking around. Dealing with telecom stuff means things change fast, but we try to keep up with it as much as we can. It is a lot of work and sometimes we are still here late at night sorting things out. We don't mind it though because the energy of the market keeps you going. Sometimes we grab a snack from the vendors outside when we get a chance. It is a real local spot and we are just happy to have our little space in such a historic part of town.
