Aman Multicuisine Restaurant

You can find us in the basement of the Nahar Haritage Building on St Marks Road. We are right opposite the Bishop Cotton Girls School, so it's a very well-known spot in Bangalore. Being in the basement means it's a bit cooler down here away from the sun. Aman Multicuisine Restaurant is where we spend all our time. We have a mix of everything on the menu because that’s what people around here seem to like. It's not a huge place, just No. 14 in the building. We get a lot of office workers during lunch and parents waiting for their kids after school. The 560001 area is always crowded, so having a quiet spot downstairs is nice. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just cook and serve. The kitchen can get a bit cramped when we have a full house, but we've learned how to move around each other. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a job and we take it seriously. Some days are better than others, but that’s just how business is. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don’t even look at the menu anymore. They just sit down and we know what they want. It makes the day go by faster when you have people you know coming through the door.
