Maini Sadan on Lavelle Road is an older building, and that is where we have our office at AM Motorsports India. We are at No. 38 on the 7th Cross. People usually associate Lavelle Road with high-end shops and expensive cafes, but we are just here for the engines and the machines. The office isn't very big, and it is often a bit cluttered with parts or technical manuals. We have a real passion for cars and racing, so that is mostly what we talk about even during lunch breaks. It is not the kind of place where you need to wear a tie. Most of us have a bit of dirt under our fingernails from working on things. The traffic on the main road can be absolutely brutal, so we try to get in early before the madness starts. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people find us because they know someone who knows us. It is a very small, tight-knit group here. We spend our mornings checking lists and our afternoons looking at mechanical specs. The walls are mostly bare, and we use old wooden desks that have been around for years. We just like fixing things and making them go faster. It is a simple, practical way to spend the day. We don’t worry about looking polished; we just care if the work is done right.
