Alternate Brand Solutions Limited is located on Banneraghatta Road, up on the 3rd floor of building 39/2. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, which is usually packed with cars. We work on brand stuff, helping businesses figure out how they want to look to the world. It is a lot of brainstorming and sitting around a table with coffee. The office is a functional space—nothing too over-the-top, just desks, computers, and a lot of whiteboards filled with scribbles. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. We just work together on whatever project is on the table. Banneraghatta Road is a busy area to be in, but it is a good spot for us. Some days we are stuck in meetings for hours, and other days we are out visiting clients or checking on how a campaign is going. We try to keep things grounded and practical. We have seen many brands come and go, so we know what works and what doesn't without needing to use a lot of buzzwords. Our approach is pretty direct. We look at the problem and try to find a solution that actually makes sense. It is steady work, and we have got a good rhythm going in this office. 39/2 is where we get the thinking done. It is not always pretty, but we get results by just putting in the time.
