Alpha-Data

Alpha-Data is situated in a small town called Shigli, which is in the Shirahatti Taluk of Gadag district. We are right here in Karnataka, tucked away in a place that many people might not have heard of. The office is very simple, just like the town itself. We don’t have air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming through the open doors. Life moves a bit slower here compared to Hubli or Bangalore. We start our mornings quite early before it gets too hot. Our neighbors are mostly local families and small shop owners. We share news over the fence sometimes. The office has a few computers and a lot of registers. We have to deal with the occasional power cut, which is just part of living in this district. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and tea cups. We don’t have a website with flashy photos because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a very honest way to earn a living. We know everyone in the lane. Sometimes we have to travel into Gadag town for supplies. It’s a long road but we are used to it. We keep things running as best as we can in our own quiet way. It’s just a small local operation in a rural corner. We do our best to stay organized despite the dust and the heat.
