Alpha Packaging

We've been at this spot on BVK Iyengar Road for quite some time now. If you know Mallikarjuna Temple Street, we're right there at 19/1. It’s always busy around here, lots of traffic and people moving stuff. We started Alpha Packaging because there was a need for basic boxes and wrapping materials in this area. It isn't a fancy office. Most days it’s just us dealing with piles of cardboard and tape. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lane, but we manage somehow. We see a lot of regular faces from the nearby shops. People come in looking for specific sizes, and we try to find what fits. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of the street noise outside, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If the power goes out, we just open the shutters wider. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work is manual, moving bundles around and making sure the counts are right. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our corner stays pretty much the same. It's a lot of work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the day. We just focus on getting the orders ready for whoever walks through the door.
