Ess Flexitubes Private Limited is out in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 53, 3rd Phase, 4th Main. Peenya is huge and can be a nightmare to navigate with all the traffic, but this is where the manufacturing happens. We focus on making flexible tubes for various industries. Our facility has a lot of specialized machinery for winding and testing the tubes. It’s a technical job, but we don't act like it’s something special. We just come in, start the machines, and make sure the quality is what it should be. The office is right next to the production floor, so you can always hear the hum of the factory while you’re on the phone. It’s a busy place with people moving back and forth between the stores and the loading bay. We don't have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a gate and a small guard post. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are on track and that we don't run out of raw materials. We have a small canteen where we get our coffee and talk about the day’s work. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just show our customers what we’ve made and let the product speak for itself. It’s a decent place to work if you like being around machines and don't mind a bit of grease. We keep things simple and focus on the production schedule.
