Palfvth Instrumentation Technologies

Out here in Peenya 1st Block, things are very industrial. Our place is at 42/2/4, right off Tumkur Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and factories nearby. At Palfvth Instrumentation Technologies, we work with a lot of technical equipment and tools. The workspace is full of metal benches, wires, and various testing instruments. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find comfortable sofas or nice rugs. It’s a working lab and workshop. There’s often the sound of machines running or someone using a drill. We spend our time checking calibrations and making sure the instruments are doing what they are supposed to. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Most of us have grease or dust on our hands by the end of the day. We aren't trying to be a sleek tech company from a movie. We are just a group of people who understand how these machines work and how to keep them running. The shelves are loaded with spare parts and manuals that look like they’ve been read a thousand times. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a functional mess. We just show up, do the technical work, and make sure the jobs are finished. There are no fancy titles here, just people who know their way around a toolkit and a testing board. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do every day.
