Jaya Process Equipments Fabricators

We are Jaya Process Equipments Fabricators and you can find us over at 41277 LRK Layout in the Gaiwadi Sadan building. The workshop is usually a pretty loud place because there is always some kind of welding or cutting going on. Most days start early here because that is when the air is still a bit cool before the machines start heating everything up. We have been doing this for quite a while now and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings and dust from the grinders. It is not a fancy place at all but it gets the job done when people need specific parts made or repaired. Sometimes the layout gets a bit crowded when we have a big project sitting in the middle of the floor but we manage to move things around. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they have some wear on them but they still work just fine for what we do every day. People around here know where we are because of the clanking sounds coming from inside the building. We just spend our time working on the orders that come in and trying to make sure everything fits like it should. It is basic work but it takes a lot of effort to get the metal to behave. Sometimes we take a break outside just to get away from the noise for a few minutes.
