Sealcon Closures Bengaluru

Our place is Sealcon Closures Bengaluru, and we are based at number 93-A9 in the Jigani Industrial Area. That is part of the 2nd Phase in Anekal Tq. Being out in Jigani means we are surrounded by other factories and production units. It is a long drive from the main city, but this is where the work happens. We focus on closures, which are basically caps and seals for different types of packaging. The machines run for most of the day, making a steady hum throughout the building. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the plastic and making sure the molds are working right. The floor is usually covered in some scraps, but we sweep up at the end of the shift. Most of our days are spent coordinating with trucks that come to pick up the crates. The weather out here in Anekal can get pretty dry and windy. We just have a small team of workers who know the machines well. There isn't a big HR department or a PR team here. It is just a factory floor and a small office space for the bills. We've been in this spot for a bit and we just focus on making the closures so businesses can bottle their products. It is simple, honest manufacturing work. We don't have meetings about goals or anything like that. We just make sure the caps are made right.
