Our place is in Adugodi, Bangalore. If you know the city, you know Adugodi is a busy, hardworking area. We don't have a fancy building or a big entrance. It’s just a straightforward office where we handle our management consulting work. It can get pretty noisy outside with all the traffic and the general hustle of the neighborhood, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we like being in a part of town that feels real. There’s no corporate pretension here. We don't have a polished reception area with magazines and expensive art. We just have our workstations and our files. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. When someone calls or walks in, they get to talk to a real person who knows what they’re doing. We don’t spend our time on big promotional events or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the consulting work and helping our clients figure out their business issues. The area around Adugodi has its own character, and we feel like we fit right in. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't looking for awards or fame; we just want to keep the office running and do right by the people we work with. It’s a simple, honest approach to business that has worked for us so far.
