You can find us over at Jbn in the HAL area of Bangalore. It is a pretty well-known spot around here, and the address is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the 75 pin code. We have been operating out of this location for a bit, focusing on the recruitment side of things. Most people know the name, but inside the office, it’s just a bunch of us working through resumes and talking on the phone. It gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get things moving. We don’t really go in for the flashy decorations or anything like that. The office is set up for work and that is what we do most of the time. There is always a lot of coming and going because of the nature of the business. You see a lot of different faces every week. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet slows down, just like everywhere else. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. It is a workplace where people come to find a job or find someone to hire. We try to be helpful and stay practical about it. HAL is a good area to be in, close to everything but still having its own feel. We’re just part of the local landscape here, doing our thing every day and hoping to make the process a little easier for everyone.
