You can find us at No.374 on 8th C Cross in K.P. Agrahara. This part of Nethajinagar is full of narrow streets and small houses. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our day starts very early when we start preparing the mixes for our condiments. The air around the house usually smells quite strong of garlic and chili. It’s a very manual process here. We don't have big automated lines. We measure everything out by hand and fill the bottles one by one. It’s a lot of work on your feet all day. The kitchen floor is always getting mopped because things can get sticky. We don't have any fancy marketing people. We just rely on the local shops to carry our stuff and people to tell their friends. Sometimes the delivery rickshaw has a hard time getting through the narrow cross streets, but we make it work. It’s a busy, noisy neighborhood, but we like the energy of it. We are just a local business trying to make a living by doing something we know how to do well. There’s nothing corporate about us, just plain hard work and simple ingredients in every jar we pack. The rainy season makes things a bit slower, but we still keep the pots boiling.
