Allahabad Canning Co

People usually find us near Tower Cross Road. It is a bit of a walk from the main street in Banashankari 2nd Stage, but once you get to Gheekanta Road 1281, you can’t miss the Allahabad Canning Co sign hanging outside. We have been in this spot for a long time now. Most mornings start early because there is always something that needs to be packed or moved. The air smells like the stuff we work with every day. It is not a fancy building by any means. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it gets the job done for us. We just focus on the canning and making sure the jars are sealed right. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets really loud, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get home. We just keep our heads down and handle what comes in. Usually, it is just a few of us here. We know the neighbors pretty well since we see them every single day. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when things get a bit slow. This place is just a regular workshop where we do our business. Nothing more than that. If you are looking for us, look for the old gate near the corner. It stays open most of the day unless the rain is coming down hard. We like it here in this part of town.
