All India Granites & Stone Association (Aigsa)

You can find our small office at 429/7 on 12th Cross in Sadashivnagar. It is a quiet street for the most part, which we appreciate for getting our daily work done. All India Granites & Stone Association, or Aigsa as most of the locals call it, is mainly a hub for people who work in the stone trade. We spend our days dealing with various queries from our members or keeping an eye on what's happening with granite prices and regulations. There are usually plenty of samples sitting around the office, mostly just slabs and small chunks of rock that people leave behind or bring in to show us. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where the paperwork happens and our committee meetings take place. We've been in this specific neighborhood for a good number of years now. People stop by to talk about new rules or just to see what the latest news is from the different quarries around the country. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure the association runs like it should. Sadashivnagar is a decent, calm place to work from. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some old desks and filing cabinets full of records. We try to be helpful when someone has a question about stones and how the business works.
