Alchemy Training Pvt Ltd

We set up Alchemy Training in the 1st Block of Jayanagar. The building is called Govind, and it’s a familiar spot for people who live around this part of Bangalore. Jayanagar is a bit more relaxed than the city center, with more trees and wider roads. Our space is mostly dedicated to the training rooms where we have people coming in to learn new things. It’s not a very fancy place, just some whiteboards, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time preparing materials and making sure the projectors are actually working. There's always someone in the office, usually sorting out schedules or talking to students on the phone. We've got a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing the coffee machine to updating the records. It's a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to make sure people get what they came for. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a new batch of trainees starts, but we usually find our rhythm after a day or two. After work, some of us walk over to the local market to pick up vegetables before heading home. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we've gotten to know a lot of the people in the building. We just keep doing our thing and hope it helps someone out. It’s been a good journey so far.
