Being located in Koramangala means things are always moving fast around us. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore where there's a new cafe or a startup popping up every week. Our office is a bit more settled than that. We handle HR services, which basically means we spend our whole day dealing with people and their paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the desks and the printer is usually humming in the background. Sometimes we get people walking in off the street asking for directions because this area can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. You just walk in and one of us will look up from our computer. We talk to a lot of companies and a lot of job seekers, trying to bridge the gap between them. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Usually, we eat lunch together at the big table in the back. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the noise by now. We just try to get through the daily list of tasks and make sure everyone gets hired when they’re supposed to. It's a busy life here in Bangalore, but we like the energy of the neighborhood.
