Our office is over on Byrappa Road, at number 241/1. It’s a decent spot in Bangalore, though the road can get a bit dusty when there’s construction going on nearby, which seems to be all the time lately. We do HR work here, so we’re mostly busy with hiring and managing staff for other businesses. It’s a lot of data entry and checking references. We have a small team, and we’ve all been together for a while, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. You won't see many suits here unless someone has a big meeting. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We have a few old computers that we really should replace, but they still work for now. There’s a small shop down the street where we get our snacks and tea in the afternoon. Sometimes we spend hours just sorting through applications to find the right person. It can be tedious, but it's satisfying when it works out. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through others. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space for practical people just trying to make a living in the city.
