We've been operating out of our place at 227 Banashankari 3rd Stage for a while now. It's right by Gaythri Lakefront on the Ring Road. Most people know the area because of the water. We mostly handle people looking for jobs and companies needing help with staffing. It gets busy here, especially in the mornings when folks come in to drop off papers. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we sit down and talk to people about what they can do. Usually, we just try to figure out who fits where without making it too complicated. The Ring Road traffic can be a bit much, but being near the lake makes it nicer. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork. It’s a lot of matching names to roles, really. We've seen all sorts of workers come through these doors. Some are just starting out, others have years of experience. We just keep things moving every day. It’s just us here, working through the files and answering the phone when it rings. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basic work of helping folks find something to do for a living. If you're coming by, look for the Gaythri Lakefront building, it's easier to spot than our small sign sometimes. The office is plain but it works for what we do. We've been in this part of Banashankari long enough to know most of the neighbors.
