Our place is located at Plot No 29 in the Saheed Bhagat Singh Chs, right off Andheri Kurla Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers. We are Akshars Telecommunication, and we’ve been tucked away in Vishveshwaraiah Puram for a while. The office is over on G Hargoibindraiji Marg 16. We handle a lot of different phone stuff and communication gear. It’s mostly cables, handsets, and fixing things that stop working. The space is pretty packed with spare parts and old boxes. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the main road coming in through the windows. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to greet you. Usually, we’re just in the back working on something. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen the technology change from old wires to the new stuff, and we just try to keep up with it. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the tricks. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses. We all kind of look out for each other. If you need something fixed or you're looking for a specific part, this is where we do that work. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop here where we do the repairs and take care of the equipment that people bring us.
