You can find Kasturchand Otarmal Company on the first floor of building No. 31 on Akkipet Main Road. We are right near the Jain Temple, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find their way around here. Akkipet is a very busy area, always full of traders and shoppers. Our shop has been part of this street for a long time. It’s an old-fashioned kind of place, nothing like those new glass buildings you see elsewhere. We don't have a website or a marketing department. We just have our doors open for whoever needs what we sell. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always lively. Sometimes the noise from the main road is loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We deal with things in a simple way. If someone comes in, we talk to them and see what they need. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. It’s just us. The space is filled with stock, and sometimes it's a bit of a squeeze to get around, but that’s just the nature of a business in Akkipet. We’ve known some of our customers for decades. It’s a community here, and we’re just glad to be a part of it at No. 31. It is just the way we like to run things.
