Akiko Callnet

Akiko Callnet is situated at 243/1 on 34th A Cross, over in the 6th Main of Jayanagar 4th Block in Bangalore. If you know this city, you know Jayanagar is a pretty established area with a lot of old trees and shops nearby. Our office is tucked away in that neighborhood. We mostly handle calls and communications for people who need that kind of support. It involves a lot of sitting with headsets on and talking through different issues all day long. The building is a standard setup, nothing too flashy or modern. We like the location because it is easy to grab a quick lunch nearby and the commute is not as bad as some other parts of Bangalore. We have a small team here. Everyone just does their own part without making a big fuss about things. We do not spend much time on fancy meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the work that is right in front of us. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop for hours, and other times it is a bit more relaxed. We have been at this address for a while and have become a regular part of the 4th Block community. It is a decent place to be, and the work keeps us busy enough most weeks. We just try to be as helpful as we can whenever a call comes through our system.
