Our place is on the 1st floor at 80 Neelasandra, right in Anand Nagar. It’s directly opposite the Infant Jesus Church, so on Sundays and feast days, the whole street gets really packed. We help people find jobs, mostly entry-level stuff or office work. It’s not a big corporate setup. We have a few desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they fill out their details. Sometimes the office gets loud when we have a lot of candidates waiting. We talk to people from all over who are just looking for a way to earn a living. It’s a bit stressful when we can’t find a spot for someone who really needs it. We spend a lot of time on the phone calling different companies to see if they have openings. My desk is usually covered in resumes and sticky notes. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The fan makes a bit of noise in the corner, but you get used to it. We’ve been here a while and know the local shops and where to get the best snacks during our break. It’s just us trying to match people with work that fits. We don't promise anything crazy, just what’s available on the boards. Most people find us by word of mouth or by seeing the board outside the church.
