Ak Placement , Bangalore

This is a bit of a funny situation because our name says Bangalore but our address is actually in Pune. We have been operating out of Pune for some time now. It’s a busy city, and we are right in the middle of it. Our placement work involves a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit best. The office is pretty simple, just a few desks and a lot of notebooks filled with names and numbers. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front desk. Usually, if you walk in, you'll just see one of us on the phone or typing away. We started doing this because we knew a lot of people looking for work and realized we could help connect them. It’s grown a bit since then, but we still keep it small. We like the vibe in Pune; it’s got a good energy and there are always new companies starting up. Sometimes we miss the Bangalore weather, but we've made a good home for the business here. Our days are mostly spent interviewing people or calling up businesses to see if they need any extra hands. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired. We don't use any complicated software, just a basic system that works for us. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps our lives a bit simpler. We just take things as they come and keep working.
