Ajith Tent House

Ajith Tent House is based out of Manorayana Palya on the KHB Main Road in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We have a warehouse full of tents, poles, and chairs. It is a busy environment where we are constantly loading and unloading trucks. The work is very hands-on. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, hammering stakes into the ground or tying down canvas sheets. Weather is always something we have to watch out for because a bit of wind can make the job much harder. We keep all our supplies organized as best as we can, but with so many items moving in and out, it can get a bit messy. The shop in RT Nagar is where we do all the planning and maintenance. We have various colors of fabric and different sizes of stages tucked away. Most of the people we work for are from the nearby residential areas. They come to us when they are planning a small function or a bigger community event. We don't do any flashy advertising. Word gets around the neighborhood mostly. We just focus on making sure we have enough chairs and that the tents are sturdy enough for the day. It is hard work, often under the sun, but it is what we do. We have been part of this street for quite a while now.
