At Aishwarya Manpower Consultants, our office is located over in BTM 3rd Stage on the Malleshwaram BG Main Road. It’s a decent area, though the traffic can get pretty bad during the rush hours especially in the evenings. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for work and trying to figure out where they might fit in. There are always stacks of resumes on the desks and the phones are usually ringing with someone asking about a job opening they saw somewhere. We’ve been at this for a while now, just helping local businesses find the staff they need to keep things running properly. It isn’t always easy because people have different expectations, but we try to keep it straightforward with everyone. We meet all kinds of characters coming through the door, from young kids looking for their first gig to older folks wanting a change of pace. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for the interviews we do every day. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby on the main road and then get right back to the emails and phone calls. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, checking references, and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next day. We don't do anything flashy, just the basic work of connecting people with employers who need them. We just take it one day at a time here, making sure the files stay organized.
