Airtel Retailer

We run the Airtel Retailer shop over in Basaveshwara Nagar at number 632. It’s just a small corner spot, but it gets a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. People are always coming in with some problem with their phone or needing to top up their balance. It’s not the kind of place where you’d sit down and have a long chat, because there’s usually a line of people waiting. We have a small counter and a lot of bright posters on the walls, mostly just to cover up where the paint is flaking off. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Basaveshwara Nagar 632 is a good location because it’s right near where people do their daily shopping. We try to be quick with our work because we know people are in a hurry. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns behind the desk. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to everyone waiting, which is never fun. We don't have any big grand ideas or stuff like that. We just want to make sure your phone works and you can get back to your day. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up the shutters at night.
