Aircel Limited

Our place is on Adugodi Vastrapur Main Road, specifically at 66/5-25. This Aircel Limited office is where we handle a lot of the technical side of things and customer accounts. It’s a fairly standard office environment with a lot of cables, screens, and people trying to fix connectivity issues. We get folks coming in because their signal is acting up or they need a new SIM card. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at data, which can get a bit tiring after eight hours. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves its purpose well enough. We have a small area for people to wait, though it’s not really meant for long stays. The noise from the main road is constant, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines while we work. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just keeping the lines open so people can stay connected. Sometimes the system goes slow and we have to explain why, which isn't always fun, but we do our best to get it sorted. It's just a regular workday here on the main road, dealing with tech and talking to customers who need their phones working again. We keep things moving as best as we can.
