Aiders Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is situated over in the Kasturinagar area. Our address is No 110, and we occupy space on the 1st Floor. It's specifically on the 2nd Cross, East of Ngefkasturinagar. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when you are trying to focus on consulting work. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for all the documents that seem to pile up no matter how much we try to stay organized. Finding the building isn't too hard once you get onto the 2nd cross. We've been in this spot for a bit now and it suits us just fine. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in other parts of Bangalore. It's more of a regular building where you know your neighbors. We usually start the day pretty early before the heat gets too bad. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we all know how the office runs. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and slides. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It's a simple way of working that seems to keep things manageable. The 1st floor is easy to get to, and we generally keep the windows open for a bit of air. It’s just a normal place where normal work happens.
