Ahaa

You can find Ahaa over at number 1, Shamaldas Gandhi Marg, in the Kumara Krupa area. It is a bit of a unique spot to work in every day. The building itself has been here for a very long time and it definitely has that old-school, slightly worn feel to it. We do not have any flashy decorations or big colorful banners out front. Most of the interior space is just dedicated to whatever task we happen to be working on that day. The neighborhood of Kumara Krupa is usually quite active, so there is always a bit of background noise coming in from the street. We usually start our day by opening up the large windows to let some fresh air in, though a fair amount of dust usually comes in with it. The interior is a bit mismatched with various old chairs and desks that we have picked up over the years. It is a practical, no-nonsense space where we focus on getting the actual work done. We drink a lot of hot tea while we sit at the back tables. Sometimes we lose track of time because there are not many clocks on the walls here. It is a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to moving heavy things around. Shamaldas Gandhi Marg is a well-known road, so people find us eventually. It is just how we do things here every day.
