Agni Tooling

Agni Tooling is based at 40/B2 in Peenya. It’s a small unit, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been here since the early 2010s. The walls are a bit stained from the oil, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it works for us. We focus on making tools for various purposes. It’s mostly manual labor combined with some precision work. There’s always a stack of blueprints on the desk that are a bit dog-eared from being handled. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just have a landline and a mobile number. Most people find us through someone they know. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when we are busy. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. Peenya is a loud place, but once you're inside the shop, you just focus on the task at hand. We have a few old machines that we’ve maintained ourselves over the years. They are reliable and we know their quirks. Sometimes we have to source parts from across town, which takes some time. We don't make promises we can't keep regarding when a job will be done. We just tell people how it is. It's a small operation, just a couple of guys who like working with their hands. We like the independence of having our own little place in the industrial estate and staying busy.
