Agasthya Consultancy

We are located at S-4 in the Honeydue Apartment on Bannerghatta Road. Bangalore traffic is famous, so we feel lucky that our spot in Venkatadri Layout is tucked away just enough to be manageable. Agasthya Consultancy is a small setup. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a small area where we can sit and talk with people about their jobs. We spend the bulk of our day on the phone or looking through lists of names and requirements. It gets a bit hectic when we have a deadline to fill a position, and you can hear three different conversations going on at once. We like the neighborhood because there are good lunch spots nearby, and it feels like a real part of the city, not some isolated tech park. We try to keep things simple here. We don't use a lot of complicated systems; we just talk to people and take notes on what they need. Sometimes we stay late when a client is in a different time zone, but usually, we’re out the door once the sun goes down. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people who want to work hard and go home at the end of the day.
