Down here at A-11 in the Apmc Maket Yard, things stay pretty hectic. We’re located near Huskur Cross on Hosur Main Road, right in the thick of the Singena Agrahara area. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in from all over. The morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the most movement happens in the yard. We have a lot of bags and crates piled up most of the time. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit down because of all the stock. Aftab & Co. has been operating out of this market for a good bit now. We know the routines of the other traders and the security guys at the gate. The road outside can be a real mess with the traffic, especially when it rains and everything gets muddy. We just wear our old boots and keep moving the goods. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s just a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the next delivery is. The office part is just a small corner with some ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't have any big marketing plans, we just make sure the orders are handled. It’s honest work and keeps us on our feet all day. Most of us have been working in this yard for years.
