Affinity Events & Promotions is based at 385/25 in Hanumanth Nagar. We are located in a pretty quiet residential street, which is nice for when we’re doing our planning work. Our business is mostly about helping with local promotions and organizing small events in this area. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with different suppliers and making sure all the materials are ready on time. We don't have a big corporate office or anything fancy. It’s a modest setup with just enough space for our computers and some event gear we keep on hand. We aren't interested in using marketing buzzwords or making huge claims. We just try to be reliable and get the job done properly. The people who work here are all from around this part of the city, so we know the local market well. We don't really advertise our services. Usually, someone will see a promotion we’ve handled and give us a call. Some days are very busy with lots of running around, and other days we’re just catching up on emails and checking our schedules. It’s a small, honest operation. We focus on the practical side of things and don't make a big fuss about what we do. If someone needs help with a local project or wants to hand out some flyers, they just drop by the office and we talk it over. We like keeping things simple and local.
