If you walk through KHB Colony in Koramangala, you’ll eventually find us at 62-7-43. Koramangala is a busy place, always changing, but our little corner feels a bit more settled. Advetaya Foods isn't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a small outfit working out of this space. It’s often loud outside with bikes and cars, but inside we just focus on the food stuff. The kitchen area gets pretty warm during the day, especially when we’re in the middle of a big batch. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us talking to customers and making sure the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble, but we make it work. The shelves are usually full of whatever we’ve just finished making. We like being in KHB Colony because it feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other. We’ve had some long days here, staying late to finish packing while the rest of the street goes quiet. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We just try to keep things simple and honest. You won’t find any big slogans on our walls. Just a lot of hard work and the smell of whatever is cooking that day.
