You can find us on the first floor of the Arokya Swamy building, right at number 110. We’re located near Old Church Road on the Kamanahalli Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a very busy street, always full of cars and people moving around. Being in Karnataka, specifically in the St Thomas Town area, we see a lot of different people every day. Our main thing is helping people find jobs. Our office is usually full of resumes and printed job descriptions. It’s not a very quiet place because the phones are always ringing and there’s always someone coming in for an interview. We don’t have fancy leather chairs or expensive paintings on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and us trying to make sense of all the applications. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building is a bit older, but it has a lot of character. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and often chat with them during breaks. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. We just try to be honest with people about what kind of work is out there. It’s a lot of talking and listening. Some days it’s exhausting, but it’s rewarding when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We’re just a regular bunch of people doing our best in Kamanahalli.
