Adventure Recruitment India Pvt Ltd is located over at Flat 603 in the Springfield Apartments. If you know the Belandur Gate area in Bangalore, you know how busy it can get with all the tech parks nearby. We are on the sixth floor, which gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are looking at the traffic on the main road. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels more comfortable than a stiff office building. We've got a couple of rooms turned into workspaces. There are always stacks of papers somewhere and the sound of the fan humming in the background. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails from people looking for work. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the recruitment tasks at hand. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we have to wait a bit when we come in for the morning. The location is handy because it’s right near the gate, making it easier for people to find us even if the traffic is bad. We try to keep things low-key and just get through the day's pile of resumes. It's a very normal, practical place to work. Nothing too special about the decor, just desks, computers, and a lot of work to get through.
