Adventure Recruitment India Pvt Ltd is located over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. Specifically, we are at number 298 on the 100 Ft Ring Road, right near the 4th Phase and 7th Block. Bangalore is a big city for jobs, and being on the Ring Road means we see a lot of that world passing by our windows every day. We help people find work and help companies find the staff they need. It is a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes, really. Recruitment can be a bit of a headache for everyone involved, so we just try to get the right names to the right desks without too much fuss. The office itself isn't anything out of the ordinary. It is just a functional space where we meet candidates and talk to our clients. Sometimes the commute for people coming to see us is a bit long because of the local traffic, but that is just how things are in this city. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a good bit now. It is a decent area with plenty of spots to grab a quick tea or coffee nearby. Most of our day is spent trying to match what a company says they need with what a person can actually do. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at the skills and see where they might fit. It is practical work and it keeps us on our toes most weeks.
