The office is located in Vivek Nagar Layout in Bangalore, specifically at a place called Bul Bul Cottage. It’s on the second floor, and you have to head down 7th Main and then 3rd Cross to find us. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like those cold, glass office parks. The building has a bit of character to it, being a "cottage" and all, even if it’s been turned into a workspace. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for new jobs. There are always piles of printed CVs on the desks and people coming in and out for interviews. It can get a bit loud when multiple conversations are happening at once in the small rooms. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving. Since we are in Vivek Nagar, there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick coffee or some tiffin. The vibe here is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just sit around our desks and try to match the right person with the right opening. Sometimes it’s frustrating when things don’t line up, but that’s just the nature of recruitment. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a break from the screen. It’s a simple, local operation that keeps us busy from morning until evening every day.
