Aditya Birla Minacs

We are situated at 64 Krishna Temple Road in Bangalore for Aditya Birla Minacs. It's a busy enough street, and you can usually find us without too much trouble if you know the area. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is standard for the area, and we occupy a good part of it. It’s not one of those high-tech campuses with gardens and fountains that you see in the brochures. It’s just a regular building where we sit and work. We have desks, computers, and a lot of wires running around the floor. The staff comes from all over the city, so the morning chat is usually about the traffic or the weather. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. We just talk like normal people and try to get through the work without too much stress. There’s a tea stall not far from the entrance where most of us go during the afternoon break to get some fresh air. The office is often full of the sound of people talking and the hum of the air conditioning. It’s a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive art. We just focus on the things we need to get done. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we take the stairs instead. It’s a simple, honest workplace where everyone just does their job and helps out when they can.
