Aditya Birla Groups (Ccpl)

Our office is tucked away in Block No 1 in Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this area can get with all the shops and traffic and people everywhere. We are part of the Aditya Birla Groups, specifically the Ccpl side of things. It’s a decent sized space but nothing over the top or luxurious. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things and making sure the daily operations don't fall apart. It isn't always smooth sailing, sometimes things go wrong with the systems and we have to scramble to fix them. That’s just how it goes in this kind of business. The team here is pretty grounded and we don't like drama. We don’t have those fancy bean bag chairs or game rooms you hear about in other Bangalore offices. We just have sturdy desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every single morning. People come and go throughout the day and there is usually a fair amount of chatter about the work and the weather. It’s a practical environment for getting things done. We don’t try to be anything we are not. We just handle the business we have and try to keep things moving forward for everyone. Koramangala is a good place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away from the door. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows us all by name now. It’s a regular job with regular people doing the best they can.
