This Aditya Birla Group office is situated at 669, 35th Cross, 11th Main, in the 4th T Block of Jayanagar, Bangalore. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees, though it’s getting busier every year. Our office is in a building that has been around for a while. It has high ceilings and some big windows that let in a bit of light, even if the view is just of the street and the parked scooters. We handle various administrative things here. It’s not a high-tech hub; it’s more like a traditional office where people still use actual pens and paper more than they probably should. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually the busiest spot in the morning. We don’t have any polished presentations or corporate brochures lying around on the tables. Most of our work is just staying on top of the daily emails and keeping the records straight for the files. The neighborhood is full of shops and houses, so there is always some noise from the street, but we’ve grown used to it. We aren't here to win any awards for office design or modern decor. We just need a place to sit and get through the workload. It’s a practical location for us, and the 560011 area is easy for most of the staff to reach by bus or scooter. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We try to finish up on time so we can avoid the worst of the evening traffic.
