Aditi Technologies

Our team at Aditi Technologies works out of the Gagan Gauravi Apartments. We are located on the 2nd Main in Srinivasa Layout, which is just off L.R. Bhande Road in the R.T Nagar area. It’s an apartment building, so the office has a very lived-in feel to it. We use the different rooms for different parts of the work, and the hall is where most of the desks are. It’s not a corporate glass tower. It’s a place where we sometimes have to move the furniture around to make more room for new equipment. The road outside, L.R. Bhande Road, can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but inside the apartment, it’s usually quiet enough to think. We have a small balcony where people go to take a phone call or just get some air. R.T Nagar is a busy part of Bangalore, so there are always plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Most of our day involves working on software and talking through technical problems. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. It’s a very casual environment. We focus on the work rather than how the office looks. It’s just a group of us in a regular apartment, trying to stay on top of our projects and meeting our deadlines. Sometimes the neighbors’ music is a bit loud, but we don't mind much.
